Martin Theunissen has spent over 20 years at the intersection of data, finance, and executive decision-making. His career spans enterprise BI implementations across financial services, infrastructure, asset management, and multi-portfolio organisations — always with the same focus: giving leaders the information they need, when they need it, in a format they can act on.
Before founding DataWorxDynamics Inc., Martin held senior BI and analytics roles where he built reporting infrastructure for CFOs, COOs, and boards across complex, multi-entity organisations. He has designed and delivered everything from month-end close automation to enterprise data platforms — and understands the organisational dynamics that determine whether a BI investment succeeds or stalls.
Martin's approach is deliberately practical. He doesn't sell technology for its own sake. Every engagement starts with understanding the business problem — the reporting chaos, the misaligned numbers, the decisions being made on stale data — and works backwards to the right solution.
